RV information

WE ARE NOW FULL ON THE MAIN GROUNDS FOR RV'S. HOWEVER WE HAVE LOTS OF ROOM IN THE OVERLFOW AREA AT THE COMMUNITY HALL AND AT THE SCHOOL. PLEASE STILL FILL OUT AN RV RESERVATION FORM IF YOU WISH TO BE IN ONE OF THOSE SPOTS AS YOU CANNOT JUST SHOW UP AND PARK-  YOU MUST BE ON THE LIST. SEE YOU THERE!!!

There is limited space for RV's (this includes 5th wheels, bumper pulls, motorhomes, tents, truck campers...anything that stays overnight is considered an RV for ease of explanation). Units must be self contained, generators are fine as long as they aren't real loud and are turned off at night (let's all be good neighbors!). There is no dumping of grey or black water anywhere on the grounds and there is no fresh water fill.


There is a $30/RV parking charge (RV means anything that people sleep in overnight)  for the weekend on the main grounds (not per night- this is for the whole weekend), and $20 for the weekend in the overflow areas.Unless you have pre-registered, the fee will be collected when you arrive, before you are parked. Your parking pass will be given to you upon arrival.  DEADLINE FOR RV RESERVATIONS IS AUGUST 20TH, 2017. THE RV FORM WILL BE DE-ACTIVATED ON AUGUST 20TH, 2017 AT 9 PM!!!!! 

Please do not bring your dogs unless you can keep them at your RV. Dogs WILL NOT be allowed to run at large nor are they allowed in the seating/stage area. If you do have dogs with you at your RV you MUST pick up after them.













VIP RV SPOTS


We will once again be offering VIP spots by sealed bid auction but only 5 spots will be offered this way as 4 were auctioned off by live auction at the Festival.  Two of the 5 spots available will be beside the 4 that were auctioned by live auction, on the west side of the stage. The other 3 spots will be the first 3 stalls to the east side of the stage.

There will be SEALED BID AUCTION for these 5 spots which will include 2 wristbands, an autographed program, 2 paid pancake breakfasts and 2 bottles of wine. MINIMUM bid will be $200 for each spot. Bids can be sent from Nov 1st until Dec 1st, 2016 Shortly after  Dec 1st the 5 highest bidders will be notified.
Include your name, address, phone number and email along with your cheque in the amount of your bid and mail to Blue Suede Music Festival RR # 1 Busby, AB T0G 0H0.

The ones who aren't successful in their bid to get a VIP spot will guaranteed a spot on the main grounds but will have to still send in a reservation from. Your cheque will be returned if you are not a successful bidder.

Vendor Information

There is limited space available for vendors at the Blue Suede Music Festival. We will not be able to accept vendors that sell only Elvis items as we have a large silent auction of just Elvis items on Saturday and an Elvis vendor would certainly interfere with that. Proceeds from the Elvis silent auction go towards the expenses of the Festival.
All vendors, including food vendors are welcome to submit an application for our review.

Deadline for vendor applications is June 30th.
Cheque must accompany application and can be postdated for June 30th but no later.
