The main grounds RV parking spots are now FULL. We will still be taking reservations for the overflow parking at the Community Hall- there are shuttle vans that will take you back and forth from there to the main grounds.
There are usually some that cancel their reservation on the main grounds due to many reasons so if you would like a chance to be moved to the main grounds you can indicate that somewhere on your reservation form.
Units must be self contained, generators are fine as long as they aren't real loud and are turned off at night (let's all be good neighbors!). There is no dumping of grey or black water anywhere on the grounds and there is no fresh water fill.
There is a $30/RV parking charge (RV means anything that people sleep in overnight) for the weekend on the main grounds (not per night- this is for the whole weekend), and $20 for the weekend in the overflow areas.Unless you have pre-registered, the fee will be collected when you arrive, before you are parked. Your parking pass will be given to you upon arrival.
Please do not bring your dogs unless you can keep them at your RV. Dogs WILL NOT be allowed to run at large nor are they allowed in the seating/stage area. If you do have dogs with you at your RV you MUST pick up after them.
There is limited space available for vendors at the Blue Suede Music Festival. We will not be able to accept vendors that sell only Elvis items as we have a large silent auction of just Elvis items on Saturday and an Elvis vendor would certainly interfere with that. Proceeds from the Elvis silent auction go towards the expenses of the Festival.
All vendors, including food vendors are welcome to submit an application for our review.
Deadline for vendor applications is June 30th.
Cheque must accompany application and can be postdated for June 30th but no later.
