Vendor Information

There is limited space available for vendors at the Blue Suede Music Festival. We will not be able to accept vendors that sell only Elvis items as we have a large silent auction of just Elvis items on Saturday and an Elvis vendor would certainly interfere with that. Proceeds from the Elvis silent auction go towards the expenses of the Festival.
All vendors, including food vendors are welcome to submit an application for our review.

Deadline for vendor applications is June 30th.
Cheque must accompany application and can be postdated for June 30th but no later.

RV information

Units must be self contained, generators are fine as long as they aren't too loud and are turned off by 11 PM as per the town's noise by-law. They cannot run all night.

PREFERRED PARKING SOLD OUT- $80/weekend- these are limited in number and are located in the grass near the stage and close to the gates (see chart below- spaces are NOT specifically assigned.). . Must be paid for in full before a spot is considered reserved. If you want one and they are sold out before you pay for yours, you will be out of luck so pay immediately if you want one of these spots!
Absolutely no refunds if you cancel. You will have to sell your spot to someone else.
**NOTE** Row A is for Gold and Silver Sponsors

Regular parking weekend rate- $40 for anything that is used for sleeping in on the grounds overnight (motorhomes, trailers, 5th wheels, tents, vans, cars etc). Can be prepaid or fee collected at the gate before you are parked.

Parking passes will be given to you upon arrival.

GOOD NEWS!! There is a sani dump located across from the AG grounds so you can dump your tanks as you are leaving on Sunday. There is also a place to fill with water once you arrive in Westlock (10035- 108th St, east of the grain terminal, along the tracks. It is coin operated).

Some fully serviced camp spots may be available at the Mountie Park Campground located across from the Ag Grounds but  those are not booked through Blue Suede. They are based on a first come, first serve basis and cannot be reserved so you would have to take a chance on getting one once you arrive in town.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are kept INSIDE your RV if you are not at your site. Dogs ARE NOT allowed to run at large nor are they allowed in the seating area, near the concession or the beer gardens. You also must pick up after them.

Preferred seating- first 3 rows behind the Sponsor rows, 8 seats on each side of aisle in front of stage (see chart below)

Must be paid in full (etransfer or cash) before considered reserved.  These tickets are non refundable for any reason. If you can’t make the Festival you may sell them to someone else.

***Kids 10 and under***- wristbands are free but preferred seats for kids are $50-all kids (except babes in arms) need their own seat, they cannot sit on the ground in front of a reserved seat.

“Due to the widespread COVID-19 virus we have had no choice but to cancel the 2020 Blue Suede Music Festival.
Any fees paid to reserve an RV parking spot, a Preferred RV parking spot, Preferred Seating or wristbands will be honoured for next year or a refund will be given if a request is made in writing and sent to a bluesuedemusifestival@gmail.com.

Please advise by email or Facebook messenger if you would like to leave your fees with us for next year. Your same seating spot will be held for you for next year if you choose to do that and a confirmation letter will be sent to you.
We are heartbroken to have to cancel this year‘s festival but look forward to seeing you all in 2021 for the best festival yet!”
