Q: Is the festival family friendly?
Of course! Everyone of all ages are welcome. The only area that is restricted is the beer gardens where only adults (18+) are permitted. Don’t forget your ID. If you are asked for ID and you don’t have it, you will be denied service.
Q: How much is the admission into the festival?
Reserved Seating- $120*
General weekend pass - $60*
General Friday Only - $10*
General Saturday Only - $45*
General Sunday Only - $30*
*All admissions require a food bank donation.
Q: How much is RV parking for the weekend?
Preferred - $80

Q: How much is car parking?
FREE
Q: Do I need cash for the festival?
While cards may be accepted at the vendors and the food trucks, the festival itself; (admission, merchandise, concession, beer gardens and auctions) are cash only. There is an ATM on site for your convenience. Cash is King! ![]()
Q: Can I bring my dog to the festival?
Yes. Dogs/pets are permitted ONLY at your RV and in the camping area and are NOT permitted on the main festival grounds. Pets MUST be kept on leash at all times or contained at/in your RV. If you are caught not cleaning up after your pet, you may be asked to leave. Please be prepared to care for your pet in all weather types, including excessive heat. Do not leave your pets locked in an RV without air conditioning.
Q: Are service dogs permitted at the festival?
Yes. But they need to have the proper certification and be wearing an authorized service dog vest. You will be asked to present proper certification for your dog before being allowed on the festival grounds.
Q: Are there full hook ups for camping?
No, this festival is dry camping and must be self contained. If you want full hook ups, just down the road is a campground you can reserve a site at.
Q: Can my friends and I have our RVs parked beside each other?
Yes. But ONLY if you arrive together. Spaces will not be saved and are on a first come/first parked basis.
Q: Is there a shuttle service to and from the hotels?
Yes. There is a FREE shuttle to and from 3 (three) of the hotels in town. Please reference the site map to see where the pick up and drop off locations are.
Q: What’s the weather going to be like? What type of clothes should I wear?
Best answer… plan for all 4 seasons! It’s an outdoor Northern Alberta festival, so be prepared for everything.

The performers will be available for a Meet and Greet and photos with you or alone. This will be a great opportunity to meet the performers and get to know who they are, so you will recognize them on stage for the rest of the weekend!
This will also be an opportunity to meet our special VIP guest(s).
10:00 AM – RV’s move in
3:00 PM – beer gardens open. Weekend wristbands will be available in the beer gardens. Reserved seating wristbands will be available at the volunteer table.
6-7:00 PM – Meet and greet with the performers
7:30-11:00 PM – Welcome Party and open mic karaoke

8:00 AM – Gates to the grounds are open for cars and any other RVs that are not already there.
9:00 AM – Gates to the seating area open. Wristbands and Day Passes are available at the gate.
10:00 AM – Show starts
11:00 AM – Beer Garden opens
8:00 PM – Concert with a full 9-piece band, The Flashback Band
Throughout the day, there will be a trivia contest, an Elvis silent auction, a live auction, and many photo ops with the performers. There will be breaks after the performers have completed each round. During the break and any time during the weekend, take some time to browse through the many vendors set up on the grounds and visit the silent auction and merchandise tables often!

July 26, 2026
9:00 AM – gates to the seating area open. Day passes are available at the gate.
10:00 AM – Elvis gospel performances begin with the ETAs, special guest Andrew Martin and the Kings4 Quartet.
Lunch break – to be determined
1:30 PM (approx time) – continuation of gospel songs with the Kings4 Quartet, and finishing off the day with the rest of the ETAs
5:00 PM -11:00 PM Wind Up Party! Tickets are $25 and will be available at the merch table inside the Ag building all weekend. Everyone except the ETAs their spouses and our sponsors need a ticket.
This weekend will be filled with the best entertainment and the most fun you have ever had! There will be lots of opportunities to have your pictures taken with the performers, so don’t forget your phones!
Sunday After Party
July 26, 2026
5:00 PM – 11:00 PM Come join us at the AFTER PARTY in the Beer Gardens!
Meet the ETAs: All the ETAs will be there, so you can really get to know them personally!
Entertainment: Music, singing, dancing, socializing, and the most fun you can have with your shoes on!
Participation: $25 gets you in the door, PLUS a drink of your choice and a light lunch.
Bar: Open all event — drinks are $5 each.
Tickets: Everyone except ETAs, their spouses, and our Sponsors needs a ticket to get in (available at the Merchandise table all weekend).
Please note: No outside alcohol allowed.
